During this virtual session you can come with any questions – nothing's off limits. I'll provide resources, answer questions, and provide overall guidance on all things pregnancy.

What the heck is a birth plan and do I need one?! A birth plan is not the end-all be-all plan for your birth. In fact, I recommend getting comfortable with the idea that your birth will not be exactly as your birth plan describes. BUT, a birth plan is a fantastic way to familiarize yourself with all the options that you will face during labor/delivery/birth and postpartum – instead of facing them as you're going through them, which can be very stressful.

This session is totally the tits! All jokes aside, breastfeeding can feel exciting, daunting, empowering, and nerve-racking all at the same time. This time will be tailored to you, depending on where you are in your breastfeeding journey – newly pregnant, late pregnancy, postpartum, or a seasoned breastfeeding momma. Whether you want to know the basics, or you have a teething toddler, we can tackle it all.

This monthly package includes 4 sessions as well as on-call services 24/7. Pregnancy can be overwhelming and you probably feel like you have a new question each day. Avoid the doom scrolling and webMD, and let me be your filter. Come to me with anything, and I'll help guide you in determining what is best for you.
